We provide a link here to the code used in the creation of the latest version of the HadISD dataset (2.0.0.2015p). It has been written in python, and was run in python 2.7.6 when creating HadISD.2.0.0.2015p. It is hosted on github here.

We provide a link here to download the code used in the creation of versions 1.0.0 to 1.0.4 of the HadISD dataset. It has been written in IDL, and was run in IDL 7.1.1 when creating HadISD.1.0.x.
